4. Returns and exchanges
It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Mums & Babes. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange any unused item provided it is returned in its original, sealed and undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 3 days from receipt of goods.

However, the above would not apply to items for personal use. This includes breastpumps, toiletries, etc..

For your convenience, you may return any new goods purchased from our online store to Mums & Babes outlet ( TOH GUAN ONLY). During return, you need to provide your 1)Purchase order invoice and 2)Paypal receipt.

All prices are correct at the time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honored and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.
